YU-NO: A Girl Who Chants Love at the Bound of this World revealed a main visual and that the opening theme will be provided by Asaka and the ending theme by Konomi Suzuki. The series will start airing in April 2019.

The new visual features the main character Takuya with other important characters gathered around him. In the back we can see how the parallel world is supposed to look and Takuya is holding one of the important items of the series, the item with the glass bead.

The series protagonist Takuya Arima lost his mother as a child he also lost his historian father two months before that in an accident. At this point Takuma has lost all motivation as his final summer vacation as a high-schooler starts. One day, a mysterious parcel arrives that contains an unusual, round mirror and a glass bead stuck into a strange object. The letter that comes with it says that his father is alive…? Takuya follows the instructions of the letter and goes to a place where he finds a collapsed woman. Also there are the school’s director and a mysterious transfer student. At that moment a light wraps around him with a heavy roar. That’s the exact moment his trip to a parallel world starts.

YU-NO is based on a game of the same name that was released in 1996. It was designed and written by the late Hiroyuki Kanno, who worked on many famous games like the Mystereet series. The anime will start airing in April 2019 and the cast and character designs are based on the game’s 2017 remake. Yu Hayashi, Rie Kugimiya, and Maaya Uchida will be voicing the characters they also voiced in the game.
