An exhibition called Eshi 100 Nin Ten 07 will be held at Akihabara’s AKIBA_SQUARE in Tokyo on 29 April 2017.
At the exhibition, one can find works from different illustrators, called ‘Eshi’ (picture masters) by fans. They draw mostly anime, manga, and game illustrations. It will be held for the seventh time and the theme this time is ‘fusion’. There will be 100 artworks exhibited, showing the fusion of technology, expression, and motif in a single picture.
The exhibition will feature work from Ume Aoki (Hidamari Sketch and Puella Magi Madoka Magica), Yone Kazuki (original character design of Hakuouki), KEI (character design of Hatsune Miku) and Haruhiko Mikimoto (character designs for Macross and Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress).
Period: 29 April – 7 May 2017
