2018 is almost out, guys and girls, and that means that another anime year is ready to take its place.
The anime Ueno-san wa Bukiyou (How Clumsy you are, Miss Ueno), based on tugeneko’s manga, has previously revealed that Miki Ito will perform the opening theme ‘Hirameki Heart Beat’. Today on 13 December 2018, it was announced that the three members of the Science Club, Ueno (VA: Yu Serizawa), Tanaka (VA: Aimi Tanaka) and Yamashita (VA: Akari Kageyama), will perform the ending song titled ‘My Pace Science’. The character song has familiar lyrics and a jazzy and stylish melody, contrary to the contents of this anime.
Ueno-san wa Bukiyou is slated to air on BS11 and other Japanese TV channels starting at 00:30 on 7 January 2019 (JST).

I really love this song as it has got a loose feeling similar to the three Science Club members, but still feels somehow comfortable. It is kind of a strange feeling to sing as Ueno. I sang the song while asking myself ‘Is she good at singing?’. Please listen to it!

I was the first to record the song so I imagined how the other two would sound. However, as all three are quite individual I was a bit worried if they could combine well. [laugh] I was surprised when I heard the completed song! The song is coupled with a fashionable melody and finished with a cute harmony like a chorus! Please enjoy the Science Club in sync. I had a lot of fun to sing as Tanaka uninterestedly, so I would love to sing again [laugh].

Each one of us three has got an individual and character-like singing voice. However, when together their individuality stands out and makes them feel like a unit similar to a school’s chorus! The lyrics include familiar words like those learned in science class. Therefore, it became a song that everyone can enjoy nostalgic feelings!
