Fall 2016 TV anime Girlish Number will be getting its own exhibition in Akihabara, Tokyo and Nipponbashi, Osaka!
The Girlish Number exhibition will display original work and storyboards. Fans will have the chance to see parts of the anime creation, and there will also be many limited edition items and anime goods available to buy at the merchandise area.
Everyone who buys the Blu-ray and DVD will receive a special original animation frame that was actually was used in the TV anime. Only one of it’s kind exists in the entire world. Each frame is sealed, so people won’t know which characters are featured until they open it!
If you spend over 3000 yen in one go, you can enter a prize draw that includes original goods. The A prize is a huge SD character panel signed by the cast, the B prize is a full set of postcards and the C prize is one of 6 different postcards.The prize draw will run until all the prizes have been given away.
There is no entrance fee. It will be held on January 14-29 in Tokyo at Volks Akihabara Hobby Tengoku 7th floor event hall, and from February 11 to March 12 in Osaka at Geestore Osaka.
TV Anime Girlish Number aired from October to December 2016. It is a comedy story about the anime and seiyuu industry. The original script was written by Wataru Watari, who also wrote the novel My Youth Romantic Comedy Is Wrong, As I Expected. Dio Media oversaw the animation production.
The anime was part of MANGA.TOKYO’s episodic anime reviews for Fall 2016.
