'The Silver Guardian': Teaser Video and Theme Song Revealed

Upcoming anime The Silver Guardian (Gin no Guardian) has released a new video teaser!

Riku Sui Gin is a lonely high school student who ends up involved in a big battle of a game-world. His voice will be Jun Fukuyama, while the main female character Riku Lei will be voiced by Yuka Saitou. Masahiko Ohkura is the director, Hidefumi Kimura the series compositor, and Yoshiaki Tsubata has handled the character design.

In the PV, we can see how Sui Gin and Lei meet for the first time in the game world and how he later comes back to it to save her. We don’t know much about the series yet, but we can get a feel for the world of the anime through the trailer. Another exciting thing in this PV is the theme song! It will be Rin Akatsui’s new song, who is also known for singing the ending theme for the Blue Exorcist anime. The title of the song is Mamoritsunagu. It gives a nice feeling to the fated meeting of Riku Sui Gin and Riku Lei. Give it a listen below!
