The Quintessential Quintuplets (Gotobun no Hanayome), the romantic comedy manga currently serialized in Weekly Shonen Magazine, will get an anime adaptation! The announcement came with a teaser visual.
The author of the manga is Negi Haruba. There have been five volumes released so far with a total of 700,000 copies sold.
Futaro Uesugi is a high school student living in poverty, so when he gets the chance to work, he takes it. Like this, he becomes the tutor of the five heroines of this story. They are quintuplets who are on the verge of failing school, which is why he has to guide them safely to graduation. The struggle is real, but the cuteness-level is also 500% higher than in any other story! We start at the wedding ceremony of Futaro and one of the quintuplets and before they get married, they think back to their high school days and how they got together. In the end, who is it that Futaro is getting married to?
The visual they have revealed shows one of the sisters in a wedding dress and leaves everyone excited for the anime!
