The official website for upcoming anime movie Sword Art Online: Ordinal Scale announced that the theme song Catch the Moment will be performed by LiSA, the Japanese singer who you may know from Sword Art Online’s opening song, Crossing Field. She has also performed the opening song Brave Freak Out for Summer 2016 anime, Qualidea Code.

The announcement includes a comment from the singer:

‘I am very happy to return to the series and sing the theme song for the movie version. I hope that you will join us in the theaters so we can relive and enjoy the world of Sword Art Online.‘

The movie will be released on Saturday, February 18, 2017.
