I already miss the summer. There is something about feeling the sun on your skin and the taste of ice-cream that makes the season a favorite for many.
During the Musashi-Sakai x Shirobako Spring Festival, which was held on 28 April, it was announced that the TV anime Shirobako (lit. White Box) is producing a new anime movie.
The official website has released a visual of Aoi Miyamori including the catchphrase, ‘Musashino Animation’s New Battle!!’. Director Tsutomu Mizushima and scriptwriter Michiko Yokote will be coming back for the movie. Further news about the Shirobako movie will follow soon.
Shirobako follows a group of five women working in the animation industry. It is an original anime produced by P.A.WORKS and aired on October 2014.
