It has been announced that Sengoku Night Blood, the Fall 2017 anime based on a smartphone game, will get a stage adaptation in August 2018.
Sengoku Night Blood is a sengoku (warring states) love fantasy game, which was released in May 2017. The game centers on warriors who have fierce battles both over the country and over the heroine. Because of its popularity, the game also has its own web radio show featuring the voice actors, a manga and novel series under the name Sen-Bura Project. The TV anime adaptation began its broadcast in October 2017.
The voice actors of Maeda Toshiie (Ikkei Yamamoto) and Uesugi Kagekatsu (Yoshihiko Aramaki) are actually well-known stage performers, so it makes sense that they will also be playing their characters in this live action version! The visuals for their characters have already been released:
