Risa Taneda will soon return to her voice acting duties after taking a break due to illness, but the official site of Food Wars! Shokugeki no Soma: San no Sara announced that the actress will not be reprising her role as Erina Nakiri in the third season. The voice actress will abstain from rigorous recording sessions until her health improves. Her place will take Hisako Kanemoto.
The rest of the cast will return for Season 3 of Food Wars!
