The upcoming January 2020 anime adaptation of Plunderer, based on the manga of the same name by Suu Minazuki, has revealed more characters and their cast.

It had previously been announced that the main character Licht Bach will be voiced by Yoshiki Nakajima and the heroine Hina by Rina Honnizumi. Today we bring you the character illustrations and additional cast members! Joining the cast are Ari Ozawa as Lyne Mei, Aoi Ichikawa as Pere, Yuichiro Umehara as Jail Murdoch, and Shizuka Ito as Nana.

Licht Bach (VA: Yoshiki Nakajima)

He wastes no time with girls, has no job or money, and is a simple traveller. However, he is an excellent swordsman. He usually hides his face behind a mask…

Hina (VA: Rina Honnizumi)

A girl who travels around to find the Legendary Red Baron, based on her mother’s last words. She is honest and always does her best, but since she grew up in the mountains she doesn’t know much about the world.

Lyne Mei (VA: Ari Ozawa)

She is a sergeant of the Althea Royal Army. She is in charge of the security of Hoemmh, a town at a cliff. The public admires her because she cares for the people in the city.

Pere (VA: Aoi Ichikawa)

A subordinate of Lyne and also part of the Althea Royal Army. Usually he seems aloof but at times he breaks this impression by speaking and acting sharply.

Jail Murdoch (VA: Yuichiro Umehara)

Another member of the Althea Royal Army. He is a lieutenant. Because of his belief that it is his calling to judge criminals, they call him ‘Iron Jail’.

Nana (VA: Shizuka Ito)

Nana is a cheerful woman who owns a mobile tavern. It is a place of relaxation for Hina and Licht. She also seems to have a history with Licht.

Story

Plunderer is set in a world where numbers mean everything. Every person has a count and if it reaches zero, they are dragged into the abyss. When the count of the mother of the heroine Hina reaches zero, she manages to tell her daughter to look for the ‘Legendary Red Baron’. A heroic action fantasy story begins when she sets out to fulfill her quest and meets the swordsman Licht.
