Over Drive Girl 1/6 revealed new visual featuring even more characters and cute figures together with more information on the series. AoP will sing the opening theme song ‘Sore Yuke! Koigokoro’ and the ending theme titled ‘ONE’ will be provided by Haruka Tojo. The series will premiere on 9 April 2019, 00:00 (JST)! It will air in Tokyo MX’s ‘Futabanime’ timeslot along with the anime Joshi Kausei.

Many of the characters on the new key visual haven’t been introduced yet, so here are their introductions as well as the revelation of their cast!

Seijiro Kanmuri (VA: Kengo Kawanishi)

Haruto’s friend. He looks like a cool guy but he is just like Haruto: a passionate otaku. So whenever the two meet, they start discussions about their favorite thing and have their opinions clash. He is interested in moving figures and tries to get behind this secret.

Mikoto Boida (VA: Risae Matsuda)

She is Haruto’s younger sister, a high school student who understands him very well. She watched Shojo -> Wakusei Tansa (Girls -> Planetary Investigation) with him and her favorite character is Ozuma. Just like her brother she has an interest in many things and can get similarly obsessive over things she likes.

Kusabi (VA: Sora Tokui)

She is a character of the old series George no Tondemo Daiboken (George’s Great Ridiculous Adventure) and a fairy that loves mischief. She is a moving figure that came to Kanmuri. With her mysterious power, she can open the door to the world of any anime or game. She sounds ugly when she cries: Guhehe T_T

Lindo (VA: Misa Fukamachi)

She’s a popular character of the 2D fighting game Striking Fist. She is like the top idol of the game world and popular all around the world. She has a personal grudge against Subaru and thinks that her dream will come true if she defeats her.

Lu Hitoma (VA: Yu Sasahara)

One of the moving figures and a character of the social game Heiki Musume Wars (Weapon Girl Wars). She was modeled after a tank. Just like in the game, she will be very happy if you pat her head. She feels very ‘loved’ by Haruto for spending so much money on her and calls him ‘Commander Haru’ to show her own respect and love for him.
