Ou-sama Game, the very popular horror story that was based on a novel and was later adapted into a manga, will get an anime adaptation! It will be titled Ou-sama Game The Animation and will start airing in October 2017. The main cast includes Mamoru Miyano and many others.
The Ou-sama Game series has sold over 8 million copies. The anime will cover the story of the first manga adaptation as well as the sequel manga Ou-sama Game Shuukyoku along with some original stories. The official website has been opened and features the main visual. It shows the main character Nobuaki Kanezawa with a serious expression while the classroom behind him is distorted and colored in red. It is like a premonition to the cruel fate that awaits him. Cast as Nobuaki Kanezawa was Mamoru Miyano; Chiemi Honda is voiced by M・A・O. Other cast members include Pile, Yusuke Sasaki, Shinnosuke Tachibana, Akari Uehara and more.
Directing the series will be Noriyoshi Sasaki. Series composition will be done by Kenji Konuta. Character design and general director will be Kan Soramoto. Also helping with the character design will be Yosuke Ito. Seven will be the animation studio.
