Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump, the famous manga magazine, has given birth to Jump Shop, a specialized shop in which fans can buy merchandise related to Jump characters. Now, they introduce a new concept store called Jump Station. For a limited time, the shop will be open and concentrate on a single series of Jump. The first one opened on 7 August 2017 at JR Osaka Station and focuses on One Piece.
Now it is time for the second shop. It will open on 9 September 2017 and concentrate on Haikyuu!!, which is celebrating its 5-year anniversary since serialization.
The entrance will be designed completely in a Haikyuu!! style. The limited items will include an acrylic key holder that will be designed like the station name plates in the train station and decorated with the character mascots of Haikyuu!! One of them will cost 700 yen (excl. tax) with 6 different types available. The items include cookies that would make a perfect gift for friends back home. They will be sold in five different types for 400 yen each (excl. tax). They look like the characters in their mascot form and are sure to make your friends laugh. To get to Jump Station, just exit the Central Gate at Osaka station and turn left. Before you get to the escalators turn left once more and you should be able to see it!
Furthermore, there will be a 5-year celebration fair held on 9-24 September 2017. In 10 Jump shops all over Japan, as well as the Jump Station 69, exclusive and new merchandise items will be sold.
