The anime series Natsume’s Book of Friends (Natsume Yujincho) will celebrate its 10th anniversary in 2018. On 8 October, they announced that the series will produce an anime movie! The official website has already opened and the animation production for the movie will be done by Shuka, the same production company who did Seasons 5 and 6 of the series. A teaser illustration with Natsume and Nyanko-sensei was also revealed.

Additionally, the fifth volume DVD of Natsume’s Book of Friends Six will be be released soon on 25 October 2017. It includes three episodes and a special bonus video titled Mugen no Kakera. You can take a look at the preview here:
