Episode 8 – One does not agree to vanishing only because it happens unseen

Taishakuten is suffering from deep wounds after his fierce battle with Ashura, his friend who chose the wrong path. Thanks to Yakushi Nyorai’s intense treatment, Taishakuten’s wounds heal, but he doesn’t seem to be doing well. Bonten is irritated by Taishakuten’s attitude. On the other hand, the Buddhas split up to search for the scattered halo pieces in order to prevent Mara’s power from spreading any further.
