My Hero Academia the Movie: Futari no Hero (Two Heroes) movie-goers will receive a special present when they go to see the anime: a booklet filled with content by original creator Kohei Horikoshi that will even feature a talk between Horikoshi and One Piece author Eiichiro Oda.
My Hero Academia (Boku no Hero Academia) takes place in a world filled with people who possess superpowers called ‘Quirks’. With many Villains now possessing such powers, there are just as many young people who dream of becoming Heroes, using their powers to protect those who need help. One such youth is Izuku ‘Deku’ Midoriya, who has unfortunately been born without a Quirk. We follow Izuku as enters the prestigious Hero-training school U.A. Academy as he aims to become a true hero.

When the theatrical movie Futari no Hero opens in Japanese cinemas this summer, cinema-goers will receive a special booklet titled My Hero Academia Vol. origin The booklet will be limited to one million copies. The cover has been illustrated by Kohei Horikoshi, who is the original creator of the series. Inside the booklet, we can also find a manga that cannot be read anywhere else.

The booklet will also contain the transcript of a talk between Horikoshi and One Piece author Eiichiro Oda, of whom Horikoshi is a long-time fan. They will talk about behind-the-scenes stories of both manga and anime, as well as how they feel about each other’s work. There will also be thorough explanations about the characters in the movie, including the new villains and characters who make cameos.
This summer, you have the chance to get hold of a very precious item for MHA fans. As there will only be one million copies available, we advise that you see the movie as soon as possible if you will be in Japan at the time!
