Mayonaka no Occult Koumuin (lit. Midnight Occult Civil Servant), based on a manga by Yoko Tamotsu, will get an anime adaptation in 2019. A first trailer was revealed today with the opening of the teaser website of the anime. The design of the website also includes the first key visual of the anime, where we can see some of the very special civil servants that will appear in the series.

The trailer gives a brief introduction to the series. It is a modern-times fantasy story that plays at the nightly local interchange section where a ward office installed to solve occult happenings. Shin Miyako is a newcomer with the very unusual special ability of understanding non-human words. The introduction in the trailer is actually given by Shin, who has been announced to be voiced by Jun Fukuyama!
