If you have seen an item you would really like but cannot purchase it outside of Japan, or even if you just don’t know where to find it, we are here to help! Just tell us what it is you want and one of the MANGA.TOKYO staff will try to get hold of it for you!

How to request the items you want

Use the below form to send us a message with:

• Your name
  
• Your email address
  
• The name of the item you want
  
• A link to the item or a link to a picture of the item (not required but this is helpful)
  
• Your budget (including shipping costs)
  
• Any other information (if you can’t provide a link to the item then try to give a detailed description here)
  

The MANGA.TOKYO staff will search for the item you want, and if we think we can get hold of it, then we will let you know via email. Once you tell us you want that item, we will send you a PayPal invoice. We will then get hold of the item as soon as we confirm payment. Don’t worry, we won’t force you to buy an item you don’t like and we will offer a refund if we cannot get hold of the item. We are looking forward to your requests!
