MANGA.TOKYO brought you the new poster visual and trailer for Lupin III’s latest movie: LUPIN THE IIIrd Chikemuri no Ishikawa Goemon.

The movie features a younger Goemon chasing after a soldier named Hawk who is said to have once murdered 2000 people in battle fields. Lupin, Jigen, and Fujiko have become Hawk’s targets.

In the new trailer we can see Goemon fiercely cutting down his enemies one after another despite being badly wounded, and Lupin and JJigen receiving a sudden blow from someone.

The movie is scheduled to be released on February 4, 2017 and the director will be Takeshi Koike, who also worked on the movie Lupin the IIIrd: Jigen Daisuke no Bohyou.
