The upcoming anime movie Love, Chunibyo and Other Delusions -Take on Me- (Chuunibyou demo Koi ga Shitai! -Take on Me-) has released a new key visual and trailer. The trailer reveals that Yuta Togashi (voiced by Jun Fukuyama) and Rikka Takanishi (voiced by Maaya Uchida) will first travel to Kyoto, Hyogo, and Wakayama in Western Japan, and then head east to Tokyo, and then north to Aomori and Hokkaido. We can see various famous Japanese landmarks, including the distinctive Kyoto tower. The visual shows the main cast, with an excited Rikka holding Yuta’s hand and pulling him along with her.
The trailer also reveals four new clear file illustrations that will be given to people who buy an advance movie ticket from 3 November.
We’re looking forward to how Rikka and Yuta spend their spring vacation before the terror of university entrance exams!
18 years old. The last year of high school. But Rikka…is still chunibyo.
The university entrance exams are getting closer and it’s spring of their third year in high school. Yuta is still together with Rikka, but it seems they still haven’t made much progress. One day, Rikka’s older sister says she will take her to Italy. Since her job situation has become more stable, she wants the whole family to migrate. Even though Yuta is in a hurry, he understands Toka’s point of view that Rikka can’t face the university entrance exams. But that means that the two of them will be torn apart. Nibutani and other familiar faces are worried about them, and Yuta somehow ends up suggesting that they elope. Just like that, their escape starts.
