Upcoming TV anime Kono Oto Tomare!, based on Amyuu’s manga of the same name, has revealed additional cast members.

It has been announced that Haruki Ishiya is to play Saneyasu Adachi, Makoto Furukawa is to play Michitaki Sakai, and Yuichi Iguchi is to play Kota Mizuhara, the ‘baka trio’ friends of Chika and Tetsuki. Furthermore, Takezo’s classmate Hiro Kurusu will be played by Sara Matsumoto and Suzuka Takinami, the koto club’s advisor, will be played by Daisuke Namikawa. The cast members have left some comments at the anime’s official website.

Kono Oto Tomare! takes place at a high school’s koto club which is about to disband and tells the story of how the members try to prevent the disbandment and aim for the national contest.

The original work is currently being serialized in Jump Square (Shueisha).
