HoneyWorks’s Vocaloid song series Kokuhaku Jikkou Iinkai: Renai Series is to get a stage play. The play will be performed by Stage Project ILLUMINUS as 70-Oku Bun no 1 no Koi ~ Kokuhaku Jikkou Iinkai at CBGK Shibugeki!! from 6 to 15 March 2019.
This title is based on HoneyWorks’s best seller light novel which has sold over 2.4 million copies. Two theatrical movies opened in 2016 and even a TV anime series Our love has always been 10 centimeters apart aired in 2017.
Kokuhaku Jikkou Iinkai tells the developing love story of a group of seven high school boys and girls. It was revealed that Shusuke Saito will play Yu Setoguchi, Shota Takasaki will play Sota Mochizuki, Sho Kato will play Haruki Serizawa, Natsuki Osaki will play the role of Koyuki Ayase, Yu Yoshioka will play Saku Akechi, Rikako Nagino will play Natsuki Enomoto, Yuri Kawashima will play Akari Hayasaka, and Kasumi Hasegawa is to play Mio Aida on stage.
Furthermore, it was revealed that Stage Project ILLUMINUS (Tatsunoko Production Co., Ltd.’s Infini-T Force, Tekken Gensaku Parapaar manga Family Story) is to organize this stage play adaptation. In charge of script and performance is Koki Yamamoto of the Theatrical Company PU-PU-JUICE (Crest Scissors).
The ticket preorder for 70-Oku Bun no 1 no Koi ~ Kokuhaku Jikkou Iinkai‘s stage play starts at 18:00 on 5 February 2019. General tickets can be purchased on e+ from 22 February 2019.
