In October 15, the same day as the premiere of the live-action movie Higanjima Deluxe, YouTube and Nico Nico Douga will stream a short anime based on the famous Kouji Yamamoto horror manga, Higanjima. The series will have 12 episodes and all characters will be voiced by one seiyuu, 58-year-old Sho Hayami, and directed by Ryosuke Aoike.
