A key visual has been revealed for Haikyu!!‘s first manga manuscript exhibition ‘Haikyu!! Exhibition Genga x Taikan’ at Kamei Arena Sendai from 14 April 2018. Haikyu!! is currently being serialized in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump.
The exhibition will host various original manga manuscripts from well-known scenes, as well as the original colored illustrations. To celebrate this exhibition, limited items will be prepared at the merchandise shop and other events, like a three day-limited volleyball classroom, will also be held. For those of you wondering why the exhibition is being held in Sendai, the manga takes places in north Japan’s Miyagi prefecture, of which Sendai is the capital. The key visual includes 22 characters, including the two main characters, Hinata and Kageyama.
Weekly Shonen Jump‘s 12th issue has been released on 19 February and came with a Haikyu!! cover, a colored first page, and the exhibition’s original key visual. 100 fans can obtain a duplicate of a manuscript and they can also participate and vote in the Best Episode Poll.
