While Japan is holding its breath for the impending release of Fairy Tail -Dragon Cry- on 6 May 2017, it has been announced that the movie will be released in 16 more countries worldwide. Fairy Tail is a popular manga and anime all around the world, having sold more than 60 million copies of the manga.
Many fans from all around the world have expressed their hopes of seeing the movie in their country. Luckily, it has been decided that it will come out in 16 countries in May 2017. So far, the confirmed countries are the USA, the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, 9 countries in Latin America, Thailand, and France.
※ Details on the cinemas and dates will be announced in the middle of May, including event screenings.
