Winter 2020 Anime: Official Info, Airdates & Trailers
Keep warm this winter season with the latest anime info at MANGA.TOKYO!
We are only one month away from the release of the latest Fairy Tail movie, Fairy Tail: Dragon Cry! The story is based on a 200-pages long storyboard made by Hiro Mashima himself, and guess what… The production is going to give the book as a bonus! Those who watch the movie in Japanese cinemas during the first week will get the storyboard book which is as thick as a manga volume!
The second set of presents is one of three possible character picture cards (Natsu, Lucy, or Sonya), including a printed autograph of the cast members. They will be available from the second week of screening (13 May 2017) and only have a limited supply.
We have a proposal: If our amazing otaku readers (that’s YOU!) want to have the chance to get one of these presents, please leave a comment and/or share this article. We need to know how many people are interested in the presents to see if it is worth sending some of our workers to the cinema to get the presents for you. If we have enough comments and shares, we will go get the items and make a special giveaway contest with the chance to win one of the cinema presents. What do you say? ^^
On an island surrounded by cliffs lies the Stella Kingdom where Natsu, Lucy, and their friends will go on a brand new adventure and meet new original characters. The original manga is still running and headed towards its final stages. As the readers get more excited with the story heating up, will we get to see the source of all the things happening in the manga on the big screen?
Fairy Tail: Dragon Cry comes out in Japanese cinemas on 6 May 2017. The manga Fairy Tail began serialization in 2006 and was adapted in a long-running 277-episode anime series. It has sold over 60 million copies worldwide. The upcoming movie is an original story based on an original story by Hiro Mashima himself.
