Chio’s School Road to finally start airing on 6 July 2018 and the series has revealed the jacket of the opening and ending theme song CDs. The opening theme called ‘Danger in my Tsuugakuro’ will come out on 25 July 2018. The song is performed by three characters of the series, Chio Miyamo (VA: Naomi Ozora), Manana Nomura (VA: Chiaki Omigawa) and Yuki Hosokawa (VA: Kaede Hondo). The ending theme ‘Nanairoad’ comes out the same day and is sung by Chio and Manana. Each CD costs 1,200 yen and comes with a second song on it. Also take a look at the cute jacket designs!

Additionally, four new members of the cast have been announced. Minami Shinoda will voice Takkun, Yuko Minaguchi voices Takkun’s Mama, Junji Majima voices a salaryman, and Nobuo Tobita voices Toshio Ushida.

In this series, Chio only wants to get to school on time and without problems. However, there are always the most unbelievable things happening to her, from a gang running wild on a construction site to the sudden urge to pee. She has to face many problems on her way to school. It definitely seems to be a comedy anime we will be able to enjoy!
