The re-make for Captain Tsubasa is back to introduce the rivals of the protagonist Tsubasa. The series has previously introduced five characters.

The anime will start airing on 3 April 2018 1:35 (JST).

Takeshi Sawada (VA: Megumi Han)

Part of the team Meiwa FC. An all-rounder who is 2 years younger than most of the other players and well liked by Hyuga. During the game, he can keep up with Hyuga and even though he is younger, he is very serious during the game.

Ken Wakashimazu (VA: Yuichiro Umehara)

Goalkeeper of Meiwa FC. His playing style is in strong contrast to Genzo Wakabayashi’s. He is playing offensive defense, which sometimes results in him being part of an attack during the game, depending on how the situation is.

Tachibana Masao (VA: Ayako Takeuchi) and Kazuo (VA: Yurina Watanabe)
