Excited yet? You should be, because this is the news you’ve been waiting for! Attack on Titan’s second season will finally begin airing from April 2017!

The production company has just made an official announcement that the tremendously popular anime is going to continue their titanic adventure in the Spring 2017 season, and judging from the way the first season ended, we have so many things to learn about the Attack on Titan world!

WIT STUDIO will handle the anime production again, so expect the same level of quality. WIT STUDIO was behind some high-quality anime like Hozuki’s Coolheadedness, Seraph of the End: Vampire Reign, and Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress, which went on to win 5 anime awards!

Tetsuki Araki is passing the director mantle to Masashi Koizuka, and he will supervise the project as chief director.

Excited? Of course you are. We all are.
