The special animation clip Kimi no Hikari is based on Hiromi Takashima’s manga Asagao to Kase-san (Kase-san and…Morning Glories) published by Shinshokan. Hanako Oku’s ‘Kimi no Egao’ (album version) was used as the backdrop to a beautiful animation and the result has been uploaded in its entirety on YouTube.
The clip shows the youth and love of two girls in soft colors. Even those who are not very fond of the genre of yuri should take a look at this magnificent mix of artwork and music.

Next to you I was able to see the world blossom.
Please make it so that Kase-san likes me!
Yamada is a shy second-year from the Ecology Committee. Kase-san is a beautiful girl from the class next to hers and the ace of the track-and-field team. Thanks to the Morning Glories that Yamada plants one day, the distance between those two girls, who had never had exchanged words before, started to shrink.
