It has been announced that TV anime Arifureta Shokugyou de Sekaisaikyou, will postpone its scheduled broadcast.

The anime, instead of Spring 2018, is now slated to air sometime in 2019. Furthermore, volume 8 of the light novel, as well as the edition including a drama CD, has been postponed for one month until 25 April.

Ryo Shirakome’s light novel Arifureta Shokugyou de Sekaisaikyou is a story about main character Hajime Nagumo, who is a high schooler that has got only one plain transmutation skill, and his classmates who are summoned into a different world. This fantasy novel is being uploaded to the self-publishing website Shousetsuka ni Narou and the paperbacks are being published by Overlap Bunko.
