Anime Alice and Zouroku, based on the manga of the same name by Tetsuya Imai, is celebrating its upcoming release with a series of countdown illustrations drawn by several manga artists. The second original illustration is by Fumiko Fumi!
Fumiko Fumi is the author of Bokura no Hentai, which was published in Tokuma Shoten’s Monthly Comic Ryu from the May 2012 issue to the February 2016 issue. The manga Alice to Zouroku is currently being published in Monthly Comic Ryu. Having been publishing in the same magazine for a long time, she is close friends with Imai. The sweet image shows Sana and the other female characters of Alice and Zouroku sitting on a giant cake.
Alice and Zouroku is a fantasy story that follows Sana, a girl with a mysterious power, and Zouroku, a stubborn old man who can’t stand disruptions to his daily life. The anime starts on 2 April, and the first countdown illustration was from Daioki (author of Harumination).
