The anime adaptation of Hinata Takeshi’s Ahiru no Sora revealed the main cast and a first trailer.
The hero of the story, Sora Kurumatani, will be voiced by Yuki Kaji. Other cast members include Yuma Uchida as Momoharu Hanazono, Katsuyushi Konishi as Chiaki Hanazono, Kisho Taniyama as Kenji Natsume, Mamoru Miyano as Kaname Shigeyoshi, Taku Yashiro as Shinichi Yasuhara, Chado Horii as Ryuhei Nabeshima, KENN as Masahiro Saki, Sayaka Senbongi as Madoka Yabuchi, Yuna Taniguchi as Nao Nanao, and Aya Endo as Yuka Kurumatani.
The first trailer features the opening theme ‘Happy Go Ducky!’ by the pillows and you can hear the voices of Sora, Hanayono, and Chiaki. A visual of other characters has also been released.
The anime follows the story of a small boy Sora Kurumatani, who is a basketball genius despite his height. We follow him as he starts high school and plans to become a basketball player.
