“Yui Heero” and “Relena Peacecraft” from “New Mobile Suit Gundum Wing”, a TV anime series aired in 1995, will be added to the “Alpha x Omega” series, a collaboration brand of the figure maker brand, Alter, and Mega House. This time, a scene from the later stage opening (for episode 41 – 49) in which Heero and Relena stand back to back to each other is made into 3D figures.
Yui Heero is the main character who is a pilot of the mobile suit “Wing Gundam”. He has a history of receiving the education to make him a perfect soldier that can complete missions without being affected by emotional feelings. This time, the scene of Yui Heero in Sanc Kingdom’s formal dress, sitting on the ruins facing his back to Relena, is made into a 3D figure. Other than his trained muscle, it was created with close attention to details of the dress’ decorations. Additionally, his face is painted in a color that represents his characteristics very well, quiet, reckless but kind at the same time. The formal dress is detachable so you can enjoy Yui Heero in his tank top and shorts, too.
Relena Peacecraft is the main heroine who put all her effort to improve the relationship between the Earth and the Colony with her speech, asking for complete pacifism as the last queen of the Sanc Kingdom and as an assistant secretary for foreign affairs. The impressive scene of Relena Peacecraft in which she stands on the ruins in a firm, dignified way, in the formal dress of the Sanc Kingdom that has white as its base color, is made into a 3D figure. The facial expression that gives out her firm belief while showing a slight smile, expression of her hair bending in the wind, the detailed dress and the careful use of colors are worth paying attention to.
