This work is set in the latter half of China’s spring and autumn civil war where Teinei, a young man from the State Qin and his friends are trying to unite the Qin Dynasty in order to create ‘The Sword Dynasty’ while travelling around training sword skills.

This is a TV anime adaptation of the super popular Chinese web novel Sword Dynasty. Revenge play is the novel’s theme and is also called the Chinese Hamlet, which is a very anticipated senkyo novel (senkyo is one of the main genres of the Chinese literature).
