Introduction

Taichi is just a regular high school student. Rin is a beauty and good at sports. The two of them enjoy their peaceful student life until one day, suddenly, they are wrapped in a mysterious magical light and find themselves in a foreign place. In this place exist magical creatures, monsters and dwarfs, elves and many other different races; it’s like out of a fantasy story! To be able to survive in this other world, Taichi and Rin decide to become ‘adventurers’ but during their aptitude test, it is found out that they harbor a magical power called ‘Cheat’.

Adaptation

Isekai Cheat Magician is a light novel series by Takeru Ichida and illustrated by Nardack. It was originally a web novel series on Shosetsuka ni Naro beginning in 2012, and is now being published physically by Shufunotomo.

A manga adaptation by Karin Suzuragi began serialization in Kadokawa Shoten’s Monthly Shonen Ace magazine in December 2016.
