A young outstanding man by the name of ‘Dale’ is well known for being a remarkable adventurer. For one mission he explores the depths of a forest, where he finds a little girl called Latina, from a family of magicians. Even though she has horns and is marked with the sign of a criminal, he can’t just leave her alone and decides to become her guardian.
‘Latina is just too cute, I don’t want to go to work!’ Before he even realizes it, he has already turned into an obsessed parent!
For My Daughter… is a light novel series written by Chirolu and illustrated by Truffle until volume 2 where Kei took over. It started serialization on August 2014 on the novel publishing Shosetsuka ni Naro. It was later acquired by Hobby Japan who have been publishing it under their HJ Novels imprint since February 2015. It is published in English by J-Novel Club.
There is a manga adaptation illustrated by Hota that has been serialized online via Kadokawa Shoten’s ComicWalker website since July 2016, and is licensed in English in North America by Seven Seas Entertainment.

She is a girl from magical descent and Dale finds her abandoned in a forest. The details of her previous life is unknown. She is honest and kind and very smart. She soon became the idol of the adventurers that come to the inn. To hide her horns, she wears ribbons in her hair.

At 18 years he is a very young but remarkable adventurer. While on a mission in the forest to defeat some beasts he found Latina and became her guardian. Usually he is very cool and capable but when it comes to Latina he turns into a soft mess of adoration.
