Out of the blue an enormous ruin shaped like a ship materializes in the ocean; The training camp’s real purpose was to investigate the remains, dubbed as Noah’s ark. The search party is divided into four teams. Lux’s team finds a lone girl lying under debris.
The self-claiming administrator of the ship says that the ship needs restoration because most of its functions are out of order.

The show starts from the scene where Philuffy and Lux met for the first time in their childhood, it was very cute.
The investigation party is formed of the selected members, plus Philuffy who regained her health, Lux’s younger sister Airi and the Academy Principal.
The ruins have eleven stories. In order to smoothly carry out the investigation, the party is divided up to sub groups. Each group is assigned specific floors to search. At one point, Airi asked Celis; “You can cover that by yourself, yes?” I felt little sorry for Celis LOL
During the investigation process, Lux’s party runs into La Krushe, the “Automata” that is made of old-school technology. La Krushe calls Krulcifer an “administrator” and appears to have forgotten everything about the ruins – wel, only temporarily. Lux is told that if someone issues a proper restoration command through the control system located at the deepest floor of the ruins, then, the command will restore the ruin’s dormant functions, as well as La Krushe’s lost memories.
Lux and his party reaches the room that is labeled as “Production Area.“ Multiple Abysses are sleeping in this room. A particularly large one jumps out and attacks Lux.
Philuffy and Lux chase the Abyss and run outside of the ruins. During the fight, Philuffy is blown off to the rooftop of the building.
After having knocked down the violent Abyss, Lux hurries to the rooftop. Philuffy is curling up in pain. Not only that, she doesn’t act like Philuffy – she is something else, and attacks Lux.
My favorite Noct has lots of screen time! She has her unique unemotional way of talking, but, even she blushes when Lux talks to her. Aww, Lux, aren’t you a smooth operator…
This episode is jam packed with intriguing facts.
First, there is the “Automata” that Krulcifer awakened. This Automata calls herself “La Krushe.”
Then, there is the mysterious teenager boy of white hair who’s been working on his secretive agenda. We also have the academy’s head who is hanged up on the mysterious remains. Lastly, Philuffy is suffering with some kind of physical condition.
In the very last scene, Philuffy calls herself “Abyss” and puts both of her arms around Lux’s neck. What does this mean?
This is the ninth episode presented by YUKI who wishes to see more of the episode from Lisha sama.
