In the mere fifth episode, my favorite Lisha is already so close to break her little heart … oh no… this is making me so sad! Hello, YUKI here!
I’m a supporter of Lisha, the heroine, a girl who is outspoken but too proud to admit her feelings to Lux – Lux Arcadia, a former prince of the fallen Arcadia empire. The colder she treats him, the deeper she gets into her dilemma. Unfortunately Lux is surrounded by a bunch of pretty girls – Krulcifer, a silent yet alluring beauty, and Philuffy, an old friend with a nice cleavage and a sweet personality.
I’m really hoping that Lisha steps up and does more to stand out in the competition!
This episode, continuously from the previous story, features Krulcifer in the main plot. My review includes spoilers, so be sure to come back after you have finished watching the entire episode. OK?
Synopsis: Episode 5: A Girl’s Wish
Everything was plotted out by Balzeride. He knew. Balzeride was aware of Krulcifer’s untold fact of her birth. He approached Krulcifer in an attempt to utilize her rare ability.
Krulcifer engages him in a fight, however she realizes that she is no match to Krulcifer’s mysterious super power. When she is about to give in, a pure black Divine Drag-Ride “Bahamut” appears in the moon-lit night sky.

At the mysterious ruins, Krulcifer is identified as the key to unlock the secret doors. She informs Lux that she is indeed a survivor of the ruins. At that moment, the ruins rattle and begin crumbling around them… in the end, Krulcifer and Lux are completely caved inside the structure of the ruins.
Krulficer continues her confession; When she was an infant she was found inside this very ruins. She was adopted to the family of Einfolk, because they thought she would be useful for them to research more about the ruins and its history. She herself didn’t want to believe that her existence was a result of a freaky accident in the ruins. She wanted to believe that she is the true hair of the Einfolk family. That is the reason why she joined the ruin investigation project in the first place.
She continues telling her story to Lux, that she has no friends, nor someone who simply validates her.
Lux assures her that she is now a part of his friends network, and above all, she is his girlfr – uh – partner. “So don’t…” He pleads. “Don’t say such sad things…”
Krulcifer chuckles and jokes that Lux is too kind and softhearted for an heir of an infamous old empire.
Lux starts sharing his untold past. He and his family members were the target of public hatred, not only from the general public but also from the new reigning royal family. When he was about to abhor everything and everyone around him, Philuffy helped him. She visited him every single day, and, because of her demonstrated dedication, he was able to come around and started to believe in people’s goodness again.
Eventually, Krulcifer and Lux make it out of the caved ruins. Back at the dormitory, Krulcifer sets up Lux to oversleep. Because she wants to face Balzeride alone, to defeat him in a duel and cancel the engagement between them. Against her projections, Balzeride and his Drag-Ride are too powerful to defeat. Balzeride demands her to be his wife and subjects her as a tool of his desire. At that precise moment, a pure black Drag-Ride wielder arrives at the scene – it is none other than Lux.
Lux’s Divine Drag-Ride “Bahamut’ goes face to face with Balzeride’s Divine Drag-Ride “Aži Dahāka.” During the combat, unexpectedly, Bahamut loses its “Divine Dress” ability.
Krulcifer pleads to Lux to stop fighting, because she is not worthy of his noble sacrifice, because she used him after all. Lux replies, you are my girlfriend, therefore, I must rescue you. Lux unleashes his secret weapon; in the end, Lux defeats Balzeride.
So many elements are packed in this episode; it made me want to check out the original version.
After all, we now learned about the reason why Krulcifer always looks sad.
In the scene where she chose to participate the duel alone and sets up Lux to oversleep, I saw her absolute determination and her inner strength. When Balzeride was finally defeated, it felt so good, I bet everyone did!
Don’t give up the show until the very last scene. Because, aww, I would looooove to hear Krulcifer say THAT and do THAT anytime LOL
Apparently with this episode one of the main storylines gets settled. I’m still concerned about what is going to happen to Lisha and her romance. LOL
Who do you think gets paired up with Lux?
