This episode seems to be more about dumplings than robots, so I’m getting my hopes up.
Nene-chan, her sister, and Mangetsu’s younger sister are making dumplings, while Nene is running some tests on her losing battle. She seems to be trying to use the data harvested to help Mangetsu. Mangetsu is escorting Shingetsu to the hospital, where they are visiting Anna’s mom, who got injured or hurt or something trying to protect her precious family stones. Anna has disappeared, probably having taken the magic stones with her, in an effort to defeat Shingetsu. The young miss Fugo has a go at Shingetsu for abandoning them (again) but Mangetsu stops her before she goes cuckoo. Shingetsu promises to get Anna back but obviously has no idea on how to do that, other that defeating her in battle.
Instead of Shingetsu, Anna is found by her younger sister, while she’s staring at the magic stone under the moonlight. The kid’s crying a lot and pleading for everything to go back to normal but Anna seems to be giving zero of the fucks and her only intention is to obliterate Shingetsu. Get a life. At least she’s not screaming her lungs out anymore. She has, however, moved to a more sinister and creepy look, on that involves her describing the pain she wishes to cause to Shingetsu in great detail. #donotwant
Tonight’s Granbelm begins, the battle is upon us, let us all guess: is Anna going to lose to Shingetsu? Well, duh. Just as I thought the screaming was over, Anna is back at it again. I honestly think I have developed an allergy to looking at her screaming face. Anna and Shingetsu are having an all-out battle, and so are Kuon and Shuisho, as it turns out it was Shuisho who cursed Kuon’s sister, lol. The battle is intense, but I’m not too worried, I mean, we all know Shingetsu is gonna win. I’m more interested in finding out how Kuon is doing, because she actually has something important to fight for, unlike everyone else, whose reasons are as abstract as the very title of this show. Anna has kicked some serious ass, leaving Shingetsu minus one arm and two legs. She’s still going on about how defeating Shingetsu has been her only life goal since she found out Shingetsu was stronger than her. Just as she’s about to deliver the final blow, Shingetsu decides she’s had enough, breaks her stupid family crystal and kicks her out of the tournament for good. BYE!
I couldn’t be happier I’m not gonna have to listen to Anna’s pathetic moaning for the rest of this show. Ciao.
