Japanese Title: Tada-kun wa Koi wo Shinai | 多田くんは恋をしない
While photographing the cherry blossoms in full bloom, Mitsuyoshi Tada comes across a girl named Theresa, who has just arrived in Japan from a foreign country. She is an exchange student from the European country of Larsenburg. However, as soon as she arrived in Japan, she got separated from her companion and found herself lost. Mitsuyoshi helps out Theresa and takes her to his grandfather’s ‘Tada Coffee Shop’. However….
Surprisingly, this series managed to grab my heart within the first few seconds. I thought it would be plain and boring, but the main character Theresa is so much fun to watch without being annoying (for now) and aside from the very overacting male beauty queen in the series, I really like the humor and pace of the series. Because it took me some time to get around to watch it, I was able to watch the first two episodes in one go and have to say this would easily be a series to binge-watch. So if you have the chance to, do it!
It is a simple high school romance story, as far as we can tell from the first two episodes, and there are some hints to a royal story as well. Mix it with the little pervy guy from the photography club and I think both genders will find what they want in a romance story from this anime.
