“Ayachi Birthday 2016 Ayalympic”, an annual event of Ayana Taketatsu who will have her birthday on June 23rd, was held at Yamano hall on Saturday, June 19th.
For the talk part, a sports corner which fans could take part in was placed.
Members of the Team ‘Taketatsu’ (Piano : Shutarou Kobayashi, Bass Reiji Okii, [TWEEDEES], Guitar : Shinya Kogure, Kouhei Shimizu [Karasu wa Masshiro], Drums : Yoshitaka Shirane), a band that appears in the music video of her 9th single “Miss. Revolutionist”, which will be released on Wednesday, June 22nd, joined the stage and helped in heating up the stage during the live part.
During the talk part, Taketatsu dashingly appeared on the stage with a torch in her hand and when she pointed the torch to the event venue which resembles a platform bearing the Olympic flame, they altogether lit their calumets creating a mystical scenery. Then she said that this event would be sport oriented event as the sub-title “Ayalympic” indicated. However, Taketatsu confessed that she did not really have sport related knowledge and even an simple question from Naoki Yoshida (Nippon Broadcasting System’s announcer), a master of ceremony for the event, gave her a hard time.
In “Shiritori Table Tennis” in which people do table tennis while doing shiritori, a word game in Japan in which the players have to continue saying words starting with the last syllable of the previous word. Taketatsu and the fans selected by lots played together. It was heated up by unexpected events such as Taketatsu providing her answer without listening to an opponent’s answer in shiritori, an exhibition match with Shimizu & Kogure of Team ‘Taketatsu’.
The next corner was the “Memorizing Marathon” in which Taketatsu answered questions after doing a marathon in the venue. There was a resting spot with snacks, soft drinks and hints for questions, and in order to receive hints, Taketatsu demonstrated her lines of confession with the themed situation “a word from a girl who ran to the gate of the school with her utmost effort”. She reached the goal thanks to her rooting fans and she received the ticket for the high-grade grilled meat as a prize for answering the top five popular grilled meat dishes.
Then the movie in which Taketatsu played her basketball challenge was screened. In the movie, she was challenged to dribble through a course within 30 seconds and she also gave a speech on basketball.
Once the venue was lit by red search lights and the sound of the siren echoed, Taketatsu with a big flag in hear hand appeared on the stage, implying the beginning of the “Space-time Tour”, the concert part.
She appeared on the stage in “Hey! Calorie Queen” costume with a custom made stick in her hand and announced that she came to take over the “Ayalympic” as “Miss. Revolutionist”.
She also told the audience that the performance she just did was done on her request. She and “Asayake to Yakusoku no Uta” nostalgically and “Kimiiro Monologue” whisperingly.
As the song which can only be sang when all members of Team ‘Taketatsu’ are present, “Tadaima” from TV anime series “Ore no Imouto ga Konnnani Kawaii Wake ga Nai” and “1/2” of Makoto Kawamoto were played on the stage. She told the audience that Kawamoto wrote music for her before so she wanted to sing her song in this occasion.
The next song was “Lucky Tune♪” which is a coupling track of “Miss. Revolutionist” and was created to make a song that makes everyone excided. It was the first time this song was performed on stage as well.
Finally she disappeared from the stage after singing “Miss. Revolutionist” with her impressive voice.
Receiving an enthusiastic call for an encore, she reappeared on stage and gently sang “HIKARI”. She told the audience that she was happy to be called “Ayachi!” when her fans were calling for an encore, and introduced the members of the band.
Then at the end of the concert stage, she sang “Rice To Meat You” asking fans to give all their meat-love spirit to the song.
The last big surprise in form of a “Meat Cake” appeared on the stage for Taketatsu who was in a relaxing state after everything was done.
All members sang along to celebrate Taketatsu’s birthday and she was eating meat happily. Then she gave a speech on her resolution in which she stated that she wanted to spend this year without forgetting her appreciation to many people. The event was closed with her words of appreciation towards her fans.
