Ayanagi Academy is a famous school in the field of music and entertainment. Main protagonist Yuuta Hoshitani tries to get into the musical course at Ayanagi Academy. When he was in middle school, he saw a student who was practicing at the out-door theatre on a rainy day. He was deeply impressed by the student’s effort and that becomes the reason for Yuuta wanting to get into the school. To achieve his goal, he knows that the fast-track way is to get on the Star Spot where the Kao Committee (lit. Cherry Blossom Flower Committee) give lessons. The Kao Committee consists of top stars from the third year of the musical course. Hoshitani was spotted by the Kaoukai’s nonconformist, Itsuki Ohtori, and tries to get into the musical course with four other members of Team Ohtori.

Comment from Taishi Sugie (Yuuta Hoshitani)
‘I will be performing as the main character, Yuuta Hoshizaki. This is my first time in a leading role. I’ll work hard along with the other members to impress the audience and make them have a good time.’
Comment from Shouta Yamanaka (Tooru Nayuki)
‘My name is Shouta Yamanaka and I’ll be playing Tooru Nayuki. I like Tooru’s gentle personality and the clear voice of Kensho Ono who voices Tooru in the anime. I’ll do my best to make audience enjoy it.
Comment from Arthur Lounsbury (Kaito Tsukigami)
I’m happy that I can play Kaito both in the stage show and the anime. I’m already very excited to perform since it’s my first time in a musical. I’ll do my best to be suitable for Kaito Tsukigami so I hope the audience will enjoy the musical.
Comment from Shougo Suzuki (Kakeru Tengenji)
Since “Starmyu” is very popular, I want to pay a proper tribute to the original anime but also I want audience to enjoy it as stage play at the same time. I would be happy if I could connect people through our performance.
Comment from Kensuke Takahashi (Shuu Kuga)
I’ll do my best to express the world of “Starmyu” with not only acting, but also singing and dancing. I hope the audience will have a good time and leave feeling satisfied.
