Hello! I am Kitahata, the editor-in-chief at MANGA.TOKYO. I live in Japan and turn press releases from Japanese companies into articles that are easy for those outside of Japan to understand. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me!
Masayuki Hachimaru’s series Igyo-chan to Issho (Together with Igyo-chan) has been serialized in Tokuma Shoten’s web magazine Monthly Comic Ryu. Its second and final volume went on sale on 13 May 2017. If you buy the volume through Comic Zin, you will receive an illustrated card as a present. Other bookstores also give out illustrated papers as present and the electronic version also comes with a limited edition illustration.
Igyo-chan to Issho takes place in a world where the talent of a person will be displayed through the shape of their head. There is the rice cooker Maika, the oven Koharu, the light Hitomi, the camera Minori, and the scissors Sakyo. All of them are unemployed and are living together when one day they find cute little Homare, a young girl for whom nobody knows what kind of talent she possesses.
