Hello! I am Kitahata, the editor-in-chief at MANGA.TOKYO. I live in Japan and turn press releases from Japanese companies into articles that are easy for those outside of Japan to understand. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me!
Ai Fujio’s Kawaru Gawaru Kawaru went on sale in Japan on 8 May 2017. It is a collection of her works that include the theme ‘Change’.
For example, in Chapter 1 ‘Michi to no Souguu’ we have a store manager amazed by the new part-timer, a rather strange girl who can’t work, and in Chapter 5 ‘Tenshi to Akuma’ is a business woman who is stressed out by meeting a friend after a long time, who seems different than before.
The omnibus will include an extra story, along with eight stories which have previously been released in Sodensha’s Feel Young.
Those who buy the manga at Shibuya Tsutaya, Tsutaya Setagaya, or the Tsutaya Bookstore Kamiyacho Station store, will get picture with a special design on it. You can take a look at the manga on pixiv; the first two chapters are available to read there.
