The first set of Osomatsu-san collaboration crêpes ‘Chara-cre! Meets Osomatsu-san ~ Cawaiimatsu ~’ will be sold at the Chara-cre C.A.P. Harajuku store in Harajuku, Tokyo from January 30 to February 28, 2017. The crêpes are a collaboration with the TV anime Osamatsu-san, based on the manga Osomatsu-kun by Fujio Akatsuka.
The ‘Chara-cre! Meets Osomatsu-san ~ Cawaiimatsu ~’ features illustrations of the Matsuno sextuplets dressed in unique Harajuku fashion. The menu includes ‘Osomatsu Chara-cre!’, which is filled with sausage and fried shrimp snacks, the ‘Karamatsu Chara-cre’ with a caramel, banana, and chocolate filling, and the ‘Todomatsu Chara-cre!’ with colorful shades of soda-flavoured ice-cream and pink whipped cream. In addition, the rice crackers and biscuits added to the crêpes all feature special illustrations of the boys, drawn for this event.
The crêpe wrapping paper also has a collaborative design. If you buy two or more crêpes, you can ask for an extra, unused wrapping paper. Customers can also receive an illustrated card (6 different designs available). There are also drinks available, and one of six coasters is included as a purchase bonus. The second batch of crêpe will be sold from March 1 to March 31, 2017.
