Koichi has been imprisoned by Yukako, who likes Koichi. Yukako gives him a lot of hard tests as “education.” Could he escape the worsening insane affection?
Let’s go over episode 9!
Scenario: Episode 9
Josuke and Okuyasu are worried about Koichi being missing. Since Yukako hasn’t been to school either, they sense she kidnapped him somewhere.
Meanwhile, Koichi is feeling frustrated because he has to pass the test given by Yukako to even use the bathroom. Unfortunately, he fails and he pees in his pants. Koichi says he still pees in his pants although he is a high school student, and that there is nothing good about him, so she should let him go.
However, Yukako loves him so much that she accepts everything about him. She says the dinner is Italian food, and she needs to get olive oil as she leaves the room.
Koichi tries to scream for help from the window, but out side of the window is the ocean in a rural area, and it is off-season; no one is there. He can’t call for help using Echoes if no one is around.
Koichi comes up with an idea from what Yukako said that she needs to get olive oil. Yukako can’t go out now, so she should use a payphone to order olive oil, which means there is a payphone around.
Koichi searches for a payphone using Echoes and he finds one, but he doesn’t have a coin, so he can’t use it.
Either Yukako knows his intention or not, she warns him not to leave the house once again.
Later, she goes to the payphone to order olive oil. Koichi wrote dial tones on Yukako’s arm with Echoes. When she holds the receiver, the dial tones call Josuke. It is Koichi’s strategy to call Josuke. Jose figures that the call is from Koichi. She hangs up soon without saying a word, but Josuke identifies the place where Koichi is by the sound of ocean waves and the place where the possible payphone is.
Yukako notices Koichi has some sort of power, and becomes furious. While she is gone, Koichi blocks the door with a chair and a shoe cupboard. Yukako stands at the door and tells him it is destiny that he has a power like she does. Koichi denies her feelings. He throws “I hate you” to her using Echoes. That word echoes in her, but this fails. Yukako loves him so much that the word comes off.
Yukako triggers her Stand, and shoved Koichi into the door. With the impact the door opens a little bit, but he tries to use Echoes not to let her go inside of the house. However, the echoes sensed his despair and shut itself in a shell; he is driven into a corner!
While Yukako is trying to open the door with her hair, the echoes try to break the shell. Koichi wishes the door could blow her away, but finally Yukako comes into the room. A newborn Echo stands in front of her. Like Koichi wished, she gets blown far away. There was the word, “whoosh” on the door.
When someone touches the imitated sound attached to something, the imitated sound materializes, which is a power called Echoes Act 2.
Koichi triggered a Stand without him noticing. When Yukako comes back after being blown away, Koichi has cut his hair and been reborn. He tells Yukako she can’t win against his Echoes Act 2, and he challenges her. Yukako becomes angry with Koichi and touches the handle of the door to get closer to him, but she burns her hand because of an Echo. Yukako furiously screams and grows her hair as much as possible, and covers the house.
Yukako screams while losing self-control, “You love me, don’t you?! Tell me you don’t, and I will kill you. You are mine forever if you die.” Without wincing, Koichi says “Didn’t you hear I said I hate you?”
Yukako’s hair coils round Koichi, however Yukako gets blown off a cliff because of the imitated sound written on Koichi’s body. Yukako’s hair becomes all gray after being blown away. Yukako pretended to faint, so he was worried and made sure she is alive, but she steals his Echoes in the opening.
She is furious because he ruined her beautiful face.
Suddenly there is a breaking sound. Koichi tells her ‘there are cracks in the cliff, so hold onto something’ to save herself, but she doesn’t believe him. The cliff breaks off, and Yukako falls straight down into the ocean. There is a jagged rock under where she is falling, so she will be stabbed at this rate. When she touches the rock, it bounced like a trampoline making the sound “boing,” and threw her to the top of the cliff. Koichi knew she would fall, so he used Echoes on the rock beforehand.
Yukako was trying to kill him, but he saved her life. She admits she has lost to him, and she falls for him even more, and innocently says just feeling affectionate for him is enough for her even if he doesn’t love her back.
Josuke and Okuyasu came by taxi, and they rescued Koichi safely. While being imprisoned, Koichi was forced to study, so he got 100% on an exam in school. He makes a complicated face, and episode 9 ended.
In the next episode, Josuke and Okuyasu will go eat Italian food!
